1. Understanding your needs.
Any successful partnership starts with a clear understanding of a clients needs and requirements. We will make sure we fully understand what your expectations and requirements are, we will then work with you to create the design brief.
2. Research and planning.
Once we have the design brief we then start planning which tools we will use. (Some clients for example may want the modelling done in 3DS Max, Maya or Blender)
3. KPI’s and Landmarks
After choosing the tools and any workflows, we will then get back to you with a clear timeframe and budget for your project including KPI’s and landmark dates for each step ensuring we meet your expected timeframe.
4. Constant Communication
Each step of the way we will keep you updated with progress reports, concept art and ensure what we are working on matches your expectations. This can be via email or conference calls the choice is yours.
5. Project approval
As we reach each landmark or key point in the project we will get your “Sign off” or for example if there are any change requests we will discuss how to best implement them for you.
6. Project delivery
Once the project is signed off as complete we will supply you with the final output in the format of your choice along with any source files we used to create your project.
